Blake Equipment sells through our 5 specialized sales teams, backed by the Shared Services team of application engineers, technical support and customer service professionals specializing in water and thermal energy solutions, applications, equipment and accessories.


Distribution Sales Team

The Distribution Sales Team focuses on relationships with the residential, light commercial treads including well drillers, plumbing and heating contractors, water treatment dealers, excavation/ septic contractors, pump installing and service contractors as well as small water and wastewater utilities. They focus on developing application and sourcing solutions for ground water, pumping, water treatment, heating/ domestic hot water, geothermal, water and wastewater, storm water and drainage opportunities. Most of these projects can be sourced from products we inventory.


Commercial Sales Team

The Commercial Sales Team focuses on relationships with mechanical design/ build, bid/build and service contractors, MEP engineering firms and campus based facilities with distributed heating and water infrastructures. These projects are commercial to light industrial in nature. Blake provides the engineered products solutions for commercial boiler, heat pump, pumping, water treatment , water/ wastewater and on-site power systems inclusive of the trim and supplies to install and maintain these water and thermal energy systems.


Aftermarket Team

The Aftermarket Team focuses on end user relationships with industrial, institutional and large commercial entities with central plant infrastructures. There is a special emphasis on healthcare and higher education. They focus on facility personnel who support and maintain these boiler room, water and wastewater and onsite power systems through supplying maintenance agreements, specialty services, equipment upgrades and MRO parts and supplies to support peak performance operation and efficiency over the life of the system.


Industrial Sales Team

The Industrial Sales Team focuses on relationships with central plant and power engineers, Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), EPC Contractors, Process and Utility Mechanical Contractors and Large steam plant and hot water central plant end users. They focus on influencers in the design, installation procurement and maintenance of thermal energy, steam, Combined Heat and Power (CHP), and water systems that support industrial, manufacturing and power generation facilities.


Civil Plumbing Sales Team

The Civil Plumbing Sales Team focuses on relationships with civil and plumbing engineers, Water and Wastewater Utilities, storm water and water treatment contractors and facilities. They focus on water and wastewater applications including ground water, well water, booster, pumping, water treatment, sanitary sewer, wastewater treatment, rainwater recapture, domestic hot water and heat transfer systems.
